DoranPay

DoranPay is a modern web-based invoicing platform designed and developed to help freelancers, contractors, and small businesses manage their billing more efficiently. The platform provides a clean and simple way for users to create professional invoices, manage clients, track payment status, and maintain invoice history from one centralized dashboard.

The main goal of this project was to build a practical SaaS-style invoicing solution that solves real business problems. Many freelancers and small business owners need a fast and easy way to generate invoices without using complex accounting software. DoranPay was created to make the invoicing process simple, organized, and accessible for users who want to manage billing with less effort.

The platform allows users to create professional invoices with client details, itemized services or products, pricing, discounts, taxes, notes, and branding-related information. This helps users generate polished invoices that can be shared with clients quickly. The invoice creation process was designed to be beginner-friendly while still supporting the essential features needed for real invoicing workflows.

DoranPay also includes payment-ready invoice support, allowing users to share invoices that can guide clients toward faster payment. This helps improve the billing experience for both the business owner and the client by reducing friction in the payment process.

A complete invoice history and tracking system was added so users can monitor paid, unpaid, and overdue invoices. This gives users better visibility into their cash flow and helps them stay organized. Client management functionality was also included, allowing users to store client information and reuse it for future invoices without entering the same details repeatedly.

The dashboard was designed to be clean, fast, and mobile-friendly. The interface focuses on simplicity, clear navigation, and smooth user experience so freelancers can manage invoices even while working on the go. The platform also includes free plan support, making it accessible for new freelancers or small businesses that need basic invoicing tools without upfront costs.

This project highlights my ability to design and develop a real-world SaaS-style web application from concept to implementation. It demonstrates my skills in building user dashboards, invoice generation systems, client management features, payment-focused workflows, responsive interfaces, and scalable product foundations for future business growth.
